We've spent thousands of hours with them — executive coaches, spiritual guides, breath work practitioners, high-performance strategists. Coaching has helped us through the hardest seasons of our lives, from building companies to navigating real personal pain. It changed things. It still does.

But we've also seen how often coaching doesn't work — and watched smart people walk away from it with the wrong conclusion. They'd say coaching isn't for me, when what they actually meant was that coach wasn't for me. Different problem. Different fix.

So we built this. Not a directory, not a marketplace, not another platform. A small, deliberate practice of helping people find the coach who's actually right for them.

The work is matchmaking. The unit is care.
