ON THE WORK

We've been in the break.

You know that place, where the waves keep crashing, and you can see calm waters but can’t reach them? We’ve lived there. And it’s through coaching that we’ve learned to navigate out of that break.

We’re not coaches, but we’ve spent thousands of hours with them—executive coaches, spiritual guides, breath work practitioners, and high-performance strategists. Coaching helps us through the hardest seasons of our lives from growing companies to navigating deep personal pain.

We created this space to help you find the right kind of coaching. Whether you’re new to it or deep into it but feeling lost, we offer honest, experienced guidance and a powerful network of coaches who change lives.

WHAT THE WORK IS

Three things, in order.

Narrow the scope.

Most people start coaching with the wrong question. The work is finding the question underneath the question — the one you'd ask if you weren't worried about how it sounded.

Identify your style.

How you actually grow isn't always how you think you grow. Some people sharpen against pressure. Others need spaciousness. Most coaches are good at one or the other, not both.

Find the right coach.

Not from a directory. From a curated network — people we know, whose work we've seen, whose styles we can match to yours with reasoning.

THE PROCESS

A diagnostic intake. A working session. A matching memo.

Most clients complete the full process in under two weeks.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
Peter was the first person to truly see me as an entrepreneur. He reflected back a vision of who I could become before I had the language or confidence to claim it for myself. That belief created the momentum I needed to move forward — and that's exactly who Peter is. He meets you where you are, listens deeply, and helps you uncover what actually matters in the noise. Peter doesn't coach from a pedestal. He walks beside you. He's kind. He's incisive. He has an uncanny ability to identify what's holding you back and help you unlock it — with no ego, no agenda, just real clarity and care.
Valerie, Founder and CEO
Peter has a gift for seeing people clearly — both clients and coaches. Peter's recommendations feel personal, intentional, and aligned. I always look forward to the clients Peter refers, because I know the match has been made with care.
Kathy, Strategic Advisor and Life Coach
Peter and I have been working together for the past four years, and I’ve learned a lot from being alongside him. He’s a great sounding board with a strong knack for pattern recognition and always brings thoughtful, experience-based insights to the table. His energy is infectious, and when things feel chaotic or unclear, he has a grounding presence that helps bring focus and calm. Peter has a genuinely generous spirit—he’ll do whatever he can to support you on your journey. If you’re looking for connection, clarity, energy, and sincerity, Peter is your guy.

Budget Calculator →

A diagnostic, not a calculator. Answer a few honest questions about your stage and ambitions, and we’ll surface what your goals actually require — and where there’s a gap between what you say you want and what you’re currently investing to get there.

Archetype Finder →

A six-question diagnostic to surface your coaching style. Most people who try coaching and bounce off it didn’t have a bad coach — they had a style mismatch. Find out whether you’re a Sherpa, Challenger, Strategist, or Mirror.

ON OUR LOGO

A note about our logo.

The little instrument in our logo is a mariner's astrolabe— a tool sailors used six hundred years ago to navigate oceans they couldn't see across.

What we love about it is two things.

First: it was the right tool for being at sea. A regular astrolabe wouldn't work on a ship — the wind would push it, the deck would roll. The mariner's version was heavier, simpler, cut into a skeleton. It was engineered for the conditions of being on rough water. Coaching is the same way. The right coach for someone else may be the wrong tool for the conditions you are actually in.

Second: the astrolabe didn't tell you where you were. It measured your relationship to something that doesn't move — the sun, the pole star. A good coach is the same. Not a mirror. Not someone who agrees. A fixed reference point you can measure yourself against, and walk away knowing where you actually are.
