If we read your intake and can’t make a match we’d stand behind, we refund the $99 in full and tell you why. We’d rather return your money than make a bad introduction.
If your answers suggest your situation would be better served by our deeper engagement, we’ll say so — and if you choose The Process, the $99 you’ve paid counts toward it.
Coaches in our network pay us a referral fee when an engagement begins. This never changes what a coach charges you.
The Shortlist is for people who broadly know what they’re looking for and want a trusted shortcut to the right person. If the question itself is still unclear — if you’re at a genuine inflection point and the problem keeps changing shape when you look at it — that’s what The Process is for.

How long does the intake take?
Most people finish in 25–40 minutes. There's no timer. Thoughtful beats fast.
What does "vetted" mean?
Every coach in our network has been interviewed by us, has verifiable experience in their category, and has references we've actually spoken to. We don't list coaches we wouldn't personally recommend.
What if none of the matches feel right?
Tell us. We'll either re-match you or refund you. A match that doesn't fit helps no one — least of all us.
Is this coaching?
No. We're not coaches, and we don't pretend to be. We're the people who know the coaches.
